1. What are your delivery charges?
Our standard nationwide delivery fee is Rs. 200.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 5–6 working days.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer both Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer for your convenience. We kindly request customers to receive their parcel on time once it arrives.

4. Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available only if the delivered item has a wrong size, incorrect color, or any manufacturing damage.
Customers are required to cover the delivery fee when sending the item back, while the delivery charges for the replacement item will be covered by us—ensuring fairness for both sides.

5. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, we are fully transparent with our products and take complete responsibility for any genuine errors from our end.
