Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 3-4 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and ship your new item as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available only if the delivered item has a wrong size, incorrect color, or any manufacturing damage. Customers are required to cover the delivery fee when sending the item back, while the delivery charges for the replacement item will be covered by us-ensuring fairness for both sides.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, we are fully transparent with our products and take complete responsibility for any genuine errors from our end.
